Loving Homes Needed for Cats

We are always looking to find loving homes for our rescue cats and kittens. Have a look at our animals and then get in touch with us at the Hardendale Centre on 01931 716114.. Although appointments are not always necessary, please let us know when you would like to visit the centre and see the animals. We will ask you to fill out questionnaire and upon being approved you would have a loving new friend for life.

We might request a home visit after 6 weeks.

We don't have a set cost for any of our animals, but a  donation will help towards the upkeep of the Rescue Centre and help to look after the animals.

Alan My name is Alan, I am a lovely ginger lad who is elderly. I am very friendly and love attention and cuddles. I came into the centre as I was found abandoned, I also have a heart murmur but this would not stop me going to a new home. Please can you find it in your heart to give me my forever home for the rest of my twilight years?

Blackie My name is Blackie, I am a 2 year old timid lad who has been castrated. I came into the centre from someone who had been feeding me in their barn. I am shy not aggressive but need my confidence building as I am unsure of contact with humans. I now love to have my ears tickled and my head rubbed and would love to have somewhere warm, dry and comfortable to sleep in. I am ok with other cats and need a quiet home and someone with plenty of time and patience. Please I have been here for over 1 year now, could you give me a chance and lots of love and tlc? Come and have a look at me, do not pass me by as I am black, don\'t forget black cats are lucky and I am also a smart lad as well.

Mary My name is Mary I came into the centre as I had been found as a stray, I have had my kittens and been a good mum to them and they have all now found new homes so now I am looking for my own forever home. I am a little bit timid but give me time and love, I will soon come round as I want to be your friend. I would also enjoy being a barn cat and playing outside in the sun as well. Please give me a chance.

Oliver My name is Oliver, I am approximately 1 year old and I have been castrated. I was rescued from a falling down barn by one of the volunteers with my sister but she has been homed without me. I am still a little bit timid but I am friendly and with time love and attention I will make a great pet. Please will you give me a chance? Have you not got room for a little black charm to share your home? I have been here nearly all my life so far and would love to have an owner to love me.

Pepper & Cola Our names are Pepper(black)and Cola (tortie), we are both 18 months old and have been spayed and microchipped. We were both found as kittens in a garden and handed in to the RSPCA where we lived for a while, but they were unable to find us a home so we came here and are settling in nicely but do need a home and if possible together as we do like to cuddle in bed. Cola - I am a little more timid than my sister Pepper but with love time and care I will soon come round. A quiet adult home would be good and also to have a garden to sit in and some one to give us lots of love and attention. Please could you be this person?

Renwick My name is Renwick. I am 2 – 3 years old and was found as a stray with 3 kittens, who have now been homed and I have since been spayed. I am still timid but I will let you stroke me as long as you move slowly and do not rush me. If you can give me time and patience I could learn to trust you and make a nice pet. I have been in the centre for over 1 year now, it is a very long time to wait for your forever home. Are you the one that I am waiting for? Please come and see me I could be your lucky black charm and although I am still shy I am a smart girl. Give me a chance!

Scarlett Kitten My name is Scarlett Kitten but you can give me a name you choose, I am 11 months old and I have been castrated. As you can see I am a bit timid but friendly so I would make a great barn cat or with a little time I would tame up and be a good pet. I came to the rescue with my brothers and sister but they have all got new homes and I am left because I get overlooked as well as being black. Please can you give me a chance and I will repay your kindness? I have been here approximately 1 year now and I am desperate for someone to give me love and cuddles, please help me!

Whiskey My name is Whiskey and I am a female cat who is 10 years old and I have been spayed. I came to the rescue centre due to an illness in the family and they could not keep me any longer. I have lived with cats and dogs, I also enjoy the company of children of all ages as I like to play with them and I also like to sleep on your bed as well. I don\'t go out much so I would make a good indoor cat. Please come and see me and give me another chance of a loving home.
