Donate cash or goodies/things

Raising funds is a huge part of our work and without this money we quite simply couldn't afford to run the rescue centre.

Donating cash is simple.. just click here or on the Donate Now button to help us. Alternatively, if you would like to hold a fundraising or sponsored event then please do get in touch!

Items for the animals

In addition to cash though there are other simple ways for you to help boost our much needed funds or directly benefit our animals. If you prefer to donate items we currently need to help keep our animals happy and comfortable then why not take a look at our Amazon Wishlist? We also have a number of collection points in Penrith for you to drop things in to... Look out for our wheelie bin outside Morrisons supermarket and our receptacles at Pets at Home, WCF, Booths, Penrith Co-op and the Devonshire Arcade Pet Shop.

If you've got fundraising ideas as an individual or business, or would like to make a corporate donation please contact us.

Thank you so much to Pets at Home for their recent donation!

Donations of food

We really appreciate donations of dog and cat food which helps us to keep the animals well fed and healthy. It would be beneficial for the animals to have a consistent diet so ideally we'd like Harringtons dog food and Whiskas cat food please. If you'd like to check before bringing your donation in please contact us.

Charity shop

Our charity shop in Penrith is a vital part of our fundraising and we would love for you to come browse our wonderful selection or to donate items for us to sell. So please come pay us a visit!

Recycling at the shop

Even your worn out fabric items can be recycled. In 2012 The Rag Company paid Eden Animal Rescue £2,300 for donated clothes, cloths, shoes, bags, bedding (not duvets or pillows), etc. and last financial year that figure rose to £3,687. How good a return is that just for de-cluttering your drawers and cupboards! So if you would like to help by donating your unwanted items please leave them in bags clearly marked "RAGS" at our shop in Penrith.

Thank You!

Local Business Sponsorship Programme

As a busy rescue centre, we rely on support from businesses within the community. If you can help, please get in touch.

We especially need supplies of soap powder, washing up liquid, bin liners, dustpan and brushes, brooms and mops.
